- Minimum commitment of three (3) months.
- Cancel anytime after 3 months of membership.
- Membership fee is billed on the 1st day of each month.
- Unused membership treatments may be rolled over for up to 3 months. Once you cancel your membership, any accumulated services will expire and are non-refundable 90 days after cancellation.
- Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or gift certificates.
- Non-transferable and non-refundable.
- No cash value.
Members may freeze their membership up to two times within a 12-month period, for a maximum of 3 months per freeze.
24-hour advance notice is required for appointment rescheduled or cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee.
