- Membership fee is charged monthly.
- Unused monthly services may accumulate for up to 90 days.
- Maximum accumulation: 3 monthly credits.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Members may freeze their membership up to two times per year for a maximum of 30 days per freeze.
- 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Body Glow Spa reserves the right to modify membership benefits and policies with reasonable notice.
If the membership is canceled before the completion of the initial 90-day commitment, an early termination fee of $149 will apply.
