Our relaxation massages consist of whole-body hands-on treatments using pressure, stroking, and rubbing to help you achieve maximum relaxation.
Swedish
Swedish massage is one of the most commonly offered massage techniques. Sometimes it is called a classic massage. The technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension. Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.

Pregnancy
Women can begin massage therapy at any point in their pregnancy – during the first, second, or third trimester. Many facilities will refuse to offer massage to a woman in her first trimester because of the increased risk for miscarriage associated with the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy massages combine soft, gentle pressure with the use of essential oils. Your massage therapist will usually decide which essential oils to use, but you can let them know if you have a preference. We dilute the essential oils before being applied to the skin.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage uses more pressure than a Swedish massage. If you have chronic muscle problems, such as soreness, injury, or imbalance, this massage is a good option for you. It can help relieve tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, and anxiety.

Hot Stone
The hot stone massage is best for people who have muscle pain and tension or want to relax. This type of therapeutic massage is similar to a Swedish massage; only the massage therapist uses heated stones instead of or in addition to their hands. It eases muscle tension, improves blood flow, and relieves pain by using heated stones.

Body Glow Regeneration
It’s purpose is to exfoliate your skin, removing the outermost layer of dead skin cells and leaving your skin softer and smoother. It might also be called a salt glow or a sea salt scrub. These are all the same treatment, although the texture and scent of the scrub can be different. We accompany this treatment with an hour of massage, exfoliation, hydration, express facial, warm blanket with LED light.
